This page is empty on purpose. A testimonial is a claim about clinical care, and the only person entitled to make it is the patient who received it — in their own words, attributed, with written permission to publish.
How a quote gets on this page
- Feedback is collected from a discharged patient, at or after the follow-up visit — not while they are still an inpatient and still signing papers.
- The wording is theirs. It is shown with their initial and city, never a stock photograph, and never edited into something punchier.
- Written consent is held on file before publication, and a patient can withdraw it afterwards; the quote comes down.
- Negative feedback goes to the quality team that NABH accreditation requires us to run, not to this page.
If you would rather judge us on something else
Reasonable. The accreditation, the department list, the diagnostics on campus and the way this site handles unverified numbers say more than a curated paragraph ever will. Ask for the registration number of any consultant you intend to see; ask what a bill will include before admission; and ask for the discharge summary in writing.
