What the website collects through its forms, what it does with it, and what it does not do.

Book hereCall the deskDirections

This policy says what R.R. Healthcare collects through this website, why, and what it does not do with it. It is the website policy; the clinical record you create when you are treated here is governed by the patient-rights page and by the medical record-keeping rules NABH audits us against.

What this website collects

  • No enquiry detail, because there is no enquiry form. This site carries no message form and no booking form, so nothing about you or your condition is typed into it and stored. Appointment requests and complaints reach the hospital by telephone, and a call to the desk is a hospital record, not a website record.
  • Form and page metadata — the standard server log entries (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) that keep the site running and are not read as a patient trail. There is no third-party form service to hold anything on our behalf.
  • Nothing from a third-party tracker. Fonts are served from this server, no advertising pixels are installed, and no analytics cookie is set on this site today.

If a form is added later

The plan on this page is that a written enquiry channel opens only once the hospital has named the desk that reads it. When it does, this policy is rewritten before the form goes live, not after: what the fields ask for, where the entry is stored, who is notified, and how long it is kept will all be stated here first. A form that posts to an inbox nobody has been told to read would be the one thing on this site with no owner, and that is the reason there is no form today.

Why

  • To answer an appointment or an enquiry, and to reach the patient about it.
  • To keep a record of complaints and feedback so the quality system NABH requires can show they were received and answered.
  • To meet legal and billing obligations, including the documents an insurer or TPA needs for a claim.
  • Not for marketing to you. There is no mailing list, and no number collected here is sold or passed to anybody.

Who sees it

Hospital staff who need it to do the job: the appointment desk, the department, the records and billing desks, and the quality team for a complaint. Where an insurer or TPA needs clinical information for a cashless claim, the treating doctor supplies it for that claim — that disclosure is part of the treatment you consented to, and you can ask what was sent.

How long

An enquiry made to the desk is kept only as long as it is being acted on, and the website itself keeps nothing about you. Records of your care are kept for the period the law and the accreditation standard require, which is years rather than months, and they are held in the hospital’s records system rather than in the website.

Cookies

This site sets a cookie only where a feature needs one to work. It sets no advertising cookie, no cross-site tracking cookie, and no analytics cookie — there is no analytics installed here today.

Your choices

  • Ask what the site holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or removed where the law allows.
  • Withdraw consent for a photograph, a testimonial or a quote to appear here; it comes down.
  • Withdraw consent to be contacted; the desk stops calling, and the enquiry is closed.
  • Say only what you choose when you call. A booking needs a name, a number and a department — it never needs a diagnosis, and never somebody else’s details without their consent.

Children

A paediatric patient’s details are submitted by a parent or guardian, and the same rules apply. No information about a child is published on this site, including in a testimonial or a gallery.

Security, honestly

The public pages hold no patient information of any kind, administrator access to this site is by role and not by a shared login, and nothing you say to the desk is published here. No hospital website can promise a system is unbreakable; what we can say is that a breach affecting patient data would be reported to the affected patients and to the authority the law requires, and that the clinical record is kept inside the hospital’s systems rather than in the public pages.

Contact, and changes to this policy

Ask the administration desk at the Israna campus about this policy or about your data. A privacy contact email is not published yet, because the hospital has not confirmed one for this site — the same rule as every other detail here. Changes are posted on this page, and the date below is when it last changed.
