These terms govern the use of this website. Using it means you accept them.
Who runs it
This site is published by R.R. Healthcare, Israna, Panipat, Haryana, for patients and families in the district. Clinical and administrative information on it is supplied by the hospital.
What the site is for
Information and contact. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment, does not replace a consultation, and is not a channel for clinical advice about your own condition. It carries no form and no inbox: an enquiry is made by telephone to the desk named on the contact page, and anything said about an unwell person is answered by telling that person how to be seen — not by assessing them in writing.
Use of the site
- Ask for appointment slots, tests and records through the routes on this site in good faith, with correct patient details. A booking made on someone else’s name wastes a clinician’s session.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish the content of this site — including department lists, consultant profiles and photographs — without the hospital’s written permission.
- Do not attempt to access patient records, staff accounts, or any part of the site you are not invited to. Suspicious access attempts are treated as a data-security incident, not a curiosity.
- When you call the desk, say what you choose about the patient — but do not give somebody else’s medical details without their consent.
Availability
The site is maintained during working hours and may be taken down for updates. It is not a clinical service, so an outage never delays care — casualty, the ambulance and the appointment desk work whether this page loads or not.
Liability
The hospital takes care over what it publishes here, and the honesty rule on this site is deliberately strict: a detail appears only once it has been confirmed. Even so, information can be out of date or wrong. To the extent the law allows, the hospital is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on this website instead of professional advice.
Changes, and which law applies
These terms may change as the hospital’s services do; the version on this page is the current one. They are governed by the law of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Panipat, Haryana.
