Follow us
Every line above is read from the same details the header, the footer and the hospital’s own printed material carry, so the number on this page and the number on the health card are the same number. Say the department or the symptom, and the desk books it, tells you which consultant sits that day and what to carry — for a cashless admission, that is the policy or scheme card as well as the reports.
Find us
The map is centred on the same address the panel above prints, resolved by name first so it drops on the building rather than on the middle of the colony. The pin is Google’s guess at a street-front address; the landmark that actually works from a moving auto is Chaura Bazar, and the 24×7 signage over the casualty door is the one to look for after dark.
What to look for as you arrive
Two photographs of the outside of this building, so the approach is recognisable from a moving vehicle rather than only from a map pin. The 24×7 signage over the emergency door is the thing to look for at night; the ambulance bay is on that side of the building, not the main entrance.

Reach the right desk
- Emergency, casualty, ambulance — do not wait for an appointment. Come to the casualty door or call +91 70562 05151; it is open at 3am and on a holiday.
- Appointment desk — +91 70564 05151 for OPD bookings, follow-up slots, test bookings and “which department do I need”.
- Billing and insurance — cashless pre-authorisation, scheme cards, estimates and bills. Read the cashless page first for what to carry.
- Reports and records — previous lab reports, imaging films and discharge summaries are collected at the records desk; a discharge summary is issued as standard at discharge.
- Feedback or a complaint — the reception desk hands it to the quality team. Under NABH patient-rights requirements it has to be recorded and answered, not smoothed over.
There is no message form on this page. A form is a promise that somebody reads what arrives, and the hospital has not yet named the desk that does — so this page carries the numbers that reach a person instead, and the panel takes a written enquiry the day the hospital says who reads it.
Visiting hours
Ward visiting hours are set by the unit rather than the hospital — ICU, NICU and labour ward each restrict them, and a respiratory or paediatric ward will too during an outbreak. Ask at the reception desk on arrival rather than bringing the whole family to a door that will turn them away.
Parking and approach
The casualty entrance is kept clear for ambulances; if you are bringing a patient in an emergency, drive to it rather than circling for a bay at the main door.
The panel above has no email address and no WhatsApp line, because the hospital has not confirmed either. Both appear the day they are — and a number stays out until then: a plausible one that reaches nobody is worse in an emergency than no number at all.
