This website gives general information about R.R. Healthcare. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for being examined by a clinician.
Read this before you act on anything here
- Symptom pages, department pages and general guidance describe what commonly happens. Two people with the same symptom can need different care, and the difference is only visible on examination and testing.
- Never start, stop or change a medicine because of something printed on a website — including anything on ours. Changes are made by the clinician who knows your history, your other medicines and your reports.
- A missing number, price or detail on this site means the hospital has not confirmed it yet. It does not mean the answer is yes, and it does not mean the answer is no. Ask the desk.
- Information here may lag a change in timings, staffing, fees, facilities or empanelment. The department you are called to tell you the current position.
In an emergency this page is the wrong place to be
Chest pain or pressure, breathlessness at rest, sudden one-sided weakness or facial droop, slurred speech, a fit, uncontrolled bleeding, a serious injury, loss of consciousness, severe dehydration, labour, or fever in an infant under three months: get emergency help now. Come to our casualty at the Israna campus, call the emergency number published in the header and footer, or dial 112. Do not read further; do not wait to see whether it settles.
No clinician-patient relationship is created
Browsing this site, or calling a number printed on it, does not make anyone here your doctor, and nothing you read here should be treated as a consultation. There is no form and no inbox on this site for a clinician to read, which is deliberate: an answer given in writing to a symptom you have described in writing would be a diagnosis nobody is accountable for. Care begins when you are seen — in OPD, in casualty, or on a telemedicine call where the hospital offers one.
Links, third parties and accuracy
Links to insurers, boards, councils or other hospitals are for convenience. Their content is theirs. Accreditation, empanelment and fee information is published as the hospital has confirmed it; where a document changes, the page is updated when someone is told it changed — which is why figures that cannot be sourced are simply absent.
